is a trauma-informed Somatic Coach and Embodiment Facilitator who guides women from intellectual overwhelm to in-bodied empowerment. Blending somatic coaching, nervous‑system basics, expressive arts therapy and Yogic principles she helps clients break old patterns, become fully expressed and feel wildy alive so that they can turn their heartbreak / big life transition into purpose-filled expression, power and direction.
Adopted and mixed‑race, Natalie spent much of her early life feeling different, disconnected, and yearning for belonging. After navigating the ending of a toxic 7 year relationship, and a sexual assault in her twenties, she turned to yoga, life coaching and somatic healing to reclaim her body and rebuild her sense of self. That transformation sparked her mission: to guide others to the same embodied freedom.
Natalie supports women in building a foundational relationship with themselves, inviting them to attune to their bodies’ undercurrents of sensations and emotions, providing a wild and intricate roadmap to their innate wisdom and wholeness. Through one‑to‑one sessions and women’s workshops, Natalie will ensure you feel held and fully supported as you regain self‑trust, process emotions, develop embodied authority and reconnect to pleasure for a thriving relationship with yourself.
When she’s not coaching or hosting women’s circles, you’ll find Natalie spending time with those she loves, in nature, dancing in her lounge, sipping chai, and dreaming up new ways to support women in living the embodied way.
