“Women united in spiritual circles will awaken the wisdom in each others spirit” – Shikoba

The Shakti Rise Online Women’s Circle is a safe sacred container for any person, from any culture who identifies as a womxn.

My intention behind these monthly events is to create a community of womxn that can connect, uplift and support each other both in and out of circle.

We live in a world that is driven by the masculine and so often we forget to slow down, tune in and truly honour our emotions – this space is for you to feel seen and heard, where you can drop your mask and connect to the divine feminine within.

As a womxn in the world today, taking the time and space to feel our feelings has become increasingly difficult, we often feel like we should just “get over it”, “move on” or “stop being so sensitive”.

This is NOT TRUE at all. In fact, quite the opposite, it’s through acknowledging our emotions and moving through what comes up that allows us to truly embody our womxnhood, cultivate self-awareness and become our own self-healers.

Womxn gathering in circles is an ancient practise that has been around for thousands of centuries and was based regularly around lunar and menstrual cycles – you may have heard of the Red Tent or Moon Lodges.

Tragically, herstory and goddess cultures that revered these gatherings for womxn were sent underground and then began the systematic destruction of womxn’s spiritual practises.

But now us womxn are coming back to these gatherings, as we realise its importance ever more in today’s society.

There is nothing quite like the power that is ignited when womxn come together to support, embrace, and inspire one another as we move through the many cycles in life.
